磁力攪拌器適用于攪拌或加熱攪拌同時進行,適用于粘稠度不是很大的液體或者固液混合物。利用了磁場和漩渦的原理將液體放入容器中后,將攪拌子同時放入液體,當底座產生磁場后,帶動攪拌子成圓周循環運動從而達到攪拌液體的目的。配合溫度控制裝置,可以根據具體的實驗要求控制并維持樣本溫度,幫助實驗者設定實驗條件,極大的提高了實驗重復性的可能。
磁力攪拌器構造及工作原理
磁力驅動攪拌器主要由電機、減速器、水套體、密封筒體、支承體、外磁鋼體、內磁鋼體、上、下攪拌軸、槳、控制箱等組成(如圖)。電機、減速機裝在水套體上邊,外磁鋼體通過回轉體組件裝在電機、減速器上,內磁鋼體裝在支承體的軸上,被密封筒體罩在其中,上軸下端與下軸靠聯軸器聯為一體。電機、減速機帶動外磁鋼體旋轉,通過磁力偶合而帶動裝在密封筒體內部的內磁鋼體旋轉,內磁鋼體的軸與攪拌軸用聯軸器聯為一體,對物料進行攪拌。由于內磁鋼體及攪拌軸裝在密封罩體內部,而密封筒體與釜體之間的平面可用金屬石墨墊靠螺栓壓緊,因而從根本上改變了攪拌軸與釜體間的“動密封”為“靜密封”,從而實現了高溫、高壓下的無泄漏。
The magnetic drive stirrer mainly consists of a motor, a speed reducer, a water jacket body, a sealing cylinder body, a support body, an outer magnetic steel body, an inner magnetic steel body, upper and lower stirring shafts, paddles, a control box and the like (as shown in the figure). The motor and speed reducer are installed on the water jacket body, the outer magnetic steel body is installed on the motor and speed reducer through the rotating body assembly, the inner magnetic steel body is installed on the shaft of the support body and is covered by the sealed cylinder body, and the lower end of the upper shaft and the lower shaft are integrated by the coupling. The motor and the speed reducer drive the outer magnetic steel body to rotate, and the inner magnetic steel body arranged in the sealed cylinder body is driven to rotate through magnetic coupling, and the shaft of the inner magnetic steel body and the stirring shaft are connected into a whole through a coupling to stir materials. Since the inner magnetic steel body and the stirring shaft are installed inside the sealing cover body, and the plane between the sealing cylinder and the kettle body can be pressed by the metal graphite pad with bolts, the "dynamic seal" between the stirring shaft and the kettle body is fundamentally changed to "static seal", thus realizing no leakage under high temperature and high pressure.
