現如今,不銹鋼反應釜是化工、食品及醫藥等行業中常用的反應設備之一。在使用不銹鋼反應釜時,為了避免在操作反應釜時操作不當,導致反應釜發生故障。我們應當注意以下幾點措施。
1、不銹鋼反應釜運作時,嚴格避免金屬或塊狀硬物掉進不銹鋼反應釜內,防止損壞罐壁;
2、接通電源后使攪拌運行,并觀察減速機及攪拌等傳動件有無異常;
3、夾套或內膽升降壓力、溫度需要緩慢,這樣能防止不銹鋼反應釜受到冷熱沖擊,產生內壁鼓包現象,并嚴禁接近或超過設備的很高允許工作壓力、嚴禁接近或超過設備的很高允許工作溫度。
4、出料遇物料粘稠堵塞時,禁止用金屬工具通開,以免損壞內壁。
5、出料后,不銹鋼反應釜表面粘附的物料應及時清理,清潔時要留意溫差。
6、不銹鋼反應釜在進行升溫或降溫的過程中需要盡量控制罐壁溫差,冷罐加熱料,其熱罐加冷料

3. 4. When discharging material is blocked by viscous material, it is forbidden to use metal tools to open it in order to avoid damaging the inner wall.
5. After discharging, the adhering materials on the surface of stainless steel reactor should be cleaned up in time, and the temperature difference should be noticed when cleaning.
6. In the process of heating or cooling stainless steel reactor, it is necessary to control the temperature difference of tank wall as far as possible, heating material of cold tank and adding refrigerant in hot tank.
